Les ménages offrent une très faible résilience et ont\nbesoin de mesures d’accompagnement spécifiques afin de limiter les nombreuses\naffres qu’elles subissent.\nMalheureusement certains fournisseurs de services constituent de sévères menaces\npour l’équilibre financier et la survie des ménages des pays du sud.\nEn effet\, au Bénin la gestion des produits assurantiels est très illustrative de cette\nsituation et présente un tableau particulièrement inquiétant. Plusieurs centaines de\nvictimes d’accidents ou usagers des services d’assurance sont distraits et gravement\nabusés par certains assureurs. Ces derniers violent allègrement le code CIMA (C…)\nqui définit sans fioriture les mécanismes de gestion des sinistres.\nLa Voix des Consommateurs dans sa mission de protection des droits et intérêts\nsocio-économiques des consommateurs reçoit régulièrement les plaintes et\ncomplaintes des sinistrés. Face à cette situation\, La Voix des Consommateurs invite de\nmanière solennelle les sociétés d’assurance et leurs courtiers à offrir à leurs usagers\ndes services normatifs et respectueux des réglementations en vigueur dans notre pays\nle Bénin. Ceci éviterait entre consom’Acteurs et assureurs une mésintelligence\ndéplorable.\nNous invitons donc chaque société d’assurance à faire un état des lieux interne des\ndossiers de sinistre non vidés et toujours en instance et d’inviter les victimes ou leurs\npour un traitement transparent et juste.\nToutefois\, pour garantir la satisfaction des sinistrés\, La Voix des Consommateurs\ndemande aux victimes ou leurs ayant droit de formuler des réclamations pour\ninsatisfaction auprès de notre organisation aux fins de résolution.\nNous nous emploierons désormais à publier dans les journaux de la presse écrite et sur\nles réseaux sociaux les pratiques non respectueuses du code CIMA avec des rapports\nsur les structures mises en cause dans ces plaintes.\nLa Voix des Consommateurs \n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n
